l  Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may request a replacement or refund.

l  Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong design, quantity, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

l  Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products that match your approved design cannot be returned for reasons such as “change of mind.”
